Mr.Ashit Kumar Sengupta, My grandfather late Satish Chandra Sengupta,a prominent civil engineer &his brother late Kabiraj Sarat Sen ,known as "buro dadu" were residing at Mulghar, Khulna ,Bangladesh, from 1900 to 1948. My father late Bejoy Kumar Sengupta left Mulghar in 1938 & started residing in Jamshedpur,worked with TATA STEEL for 40 years. I, now intend to visit Mulghar to just see the house & town where my great grand father lived in a joint family.Can anybody help me with some reference from where I can make the start.

Hi guys! This is Haripada Saha. I studied on 1967 in this college.Completed ICOM in 1969.I remember old stories happened in that college and i laugh at while remembering. I also want to thanks and convey my respects to all teachers on that time and specially to Golam Mustafa and Taposh Kumar Bose.

My name is Ashok Kumar Bose (some of my friends called me Mogha) My father’s name is Late Krishna Kumar Bose and my elder brother’s name is Mr Kamalesh Bose both my elder brother and myself were bonafide students of Bagerhat High School. We were residing at Saltala at the heart of the town. I have numerous and sweet memories with this school. Mr Kaliprasad Chottopadhya (KPC), Saheb Ali Sir, Khan Saheb, Jalal Sir, Keshob Babu (My most favourite Sir), Fani Babu, Manindra Babu, one Sanskrit teacher (name I unable to recollect), Babu Miyan, Sashanka Babu, Soharab Sir (he is a friend of my elder brother and my neighbour) were the teachers at our school life from Class V to Class X). I took part in annual drama and sports in school. Out of my friends I must mentioned the names of Mustaq Ali (Khokon), Kamal, Baby, Safiq (Khokon), Zobair (Noma), Kochi, Tanujee etc. My most charming part of my life is with this high school. I love this shool very…. very much. This produces a lot of scholars.
